We kicked off an amazing Saturday with a class and a climb! Fitness Maven Chelsea Aguiar led a pre-climb mobility and stability class designed to prepare the body for a strong and confident day of climbing. Then, we replenished with healthy snacks and refreshments and were energized for an unlimited day pass of climbing and bouldering at Brooklyn Boulders!
