"Be Bulletproof" Fitness Retreat
Explore all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer with an outdoor adventure & fitness retreat in one of our country's most scenic states, Colorado! With a combination of mobility sessions, HIIT training, flexibility through yoga, and pushing your comfort level with rock climbing, you will feel "bulletproof" strong - mentally and physically - after a few days with Coach Julia!
This fitness on this retreat will be a balance of mobility work, yoga, and high intensity interval training. The higher intensity workouts will be a mix of body weight calisthenics and plyometrics, some sprinting, and some strength training, while the the mobility component - often ignored and extremely important - will teach you how to properly prep and recover your body to perform at its peak without as high a risk of injury. This will include stretching, rolling, yoga, and other techniques that will feel amazing!
We'll be staying at a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Denver, with access to the city's culture, restaurants, and nightlife. But most of our activities will take us outside of the city for rock climbing, hiking, and special workouts in beautiful locations like the Red Rocks Amphitheater! Plus, we'll have plenty of time to relax, check out some local craft breweries that the town (and state) is known for.

Meet Coach Julia Falamas
Julia is a coach and nutritional consultant who specializes in sports performance and body composition. She began coaching competitive gymnastics at the age of 16 outside of Atlanta, GA where her passion for the sport and watching young athletes develop evolved into an obsession with athletics for all ages.
When she began her adult training career, Julia became a certified yoga instructor. Since then, she has expanded her areas of expertise and has developed a reputation at one of Manhattan’s elite boutique training facilities, Epic Hybrid Training. As their head coach and program director, she was able to grow as a coach and athlete. You can now find her coaching at TS Fitness on New York's Upper East Side and as Head Youth Athletic Trainer as well as Crossfit and Barbell Coach at Crossfit Spot.
Julia has successfully competed in obstacle races, half marathons, body-building competitions and most recently, olympic weightlifting. She holds awards as a Spartan Racer, WBFF Figure Pro and Weightlifter. Her understanding of the body, nutrition, event-specific training and recovery make her a versatile and dynamic coach.
Thursday, June 1
We will arrive in Colorado via the Denver airport and head over to our hotel to get settled. We'll have a casual welcome meeting and then head out for a mobility session to wake up our bodies after traveling all morning. In the afternoon, we'll enjoy a bike tour of Denver to get to know the city and its sites, and then we'll shower up for a welcome group dinner.
Friday, June 2
After a restful night, we will wake up invigorated and excited to explore the great outdoors in Colorado! We'll kick off the day with a workout at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater followed by some time to grab lunch and explore the town of Golden (home of the Coors Brewery). In the afternoon, we'll enjoy a beautiful hike, stopping for some mobility stretches and yoga along the way. The evening is free for visiting local craft breweries, checking out Denver nightlife, or just enjoying a delicious dinner with the group.
Saturday, June 3
By now you're probably in love with the state, the mountains, and the beer, so this morning's prehab mobility session + HIIT class will be a breeze! But, day three of the retreat will test your limits (in a good way) with a rock climbing excursion! All levels will be welcome, and the views will be unparalleled. Tonight we'll enjoy dinner as a group and reflect on the retreat that has come and gone too quickly. Perhaps we head out for a couple of cocktails as well or check out the live music scene for a celebratory last night.
Sunday, June 4
On the final morning of the retreat, we will wake to our last mobility session and workout. After showers and packing up, we will head out for a light farewell hike (if flight schedules allow for it) and picnic lunch. We'll soak up the sites and sounds one more time and then make our way to the airport with new friends and lasting memories.
