Fitness & Wellness Desert Escape
Join Coach Nedra Lopez, owner of top NYC fitness studio The P.E. Club, and wellness expert Holly Goodwin in beautiful Arizona as they lead you on a five-day fitness and wellness escape. You'll live life to the fullest with carefully crafted workouts in the mornings and nights, exciting adventures into the mountains, and time to rejuvenate on the resort grounds. You'll leave knowing how to work smarter, not harder, and feeling refreshed and ready to head back to the real world!
Each day will bring a new challenge with a different fitness focus. Nedra and Holly will test your strength, cardiovascular level, mobility, and flexibility, giving you a hands-on experience. They will educate you about the importance of each experience in order to achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they may be, in addition to working on breathing and relaxation techniques. This retreat is all about balance: both high and low-intensity workouts, thrilling excursions paired with downtime at the resort, challenging your mind while also letting yourself truly relax in a gorgeous setting.
In between workouts, you'll enjoy a group hummer expedition into the Phoenix desert & mountain areas and hiking along trails near the resort. You can choose among a number of optional activities too, such as hot air ballooning, horseback riding, shopping, spa treatments, and tee time on the golf course.
Meet Coach Nedra Lopez
In a world that preaches “high Intensity” and workouts that “kill” you, Nedra brings a fresh approach to creating change in the body. First create a foundation with functionality, prevent injuries, and then challenge your body to transform.
With nearly a decade in the fitness industry, she has refined her technique to help find balance in her client’s physique and fitness routine. Her success is accredited to manipulating the body using movements using a variety of disciplines. Through her own experiences and fitness journey, she has created a method that combines the functionality of strength training, the agility of kickboxing, the power of plyometrics, Pilates core exercises, kettlebells, yoga, TRX and various other functional exercises in order to transform her clients.
Nedra prides herself in making every exercise effective, challenging and fun, and her mantra is: “There are many ways to achieve your goals. Always keep your body guessing and constantly challenge yourself… do something you love, conquer something you dislike, and have the courage to do something you are “bad” at."

Meet Coach Holly Goodwin
Holly Goodwin is equal parts spitfire and sage, imbuing her clients with fierce motivation as well as a sense of calm when they need it the most. Through her boutique wellness company, Holly helps her clients to transform their bodies and their lifestyles through the practices of mindful eating, strategic exercise, and a commitment to mental wellness.
As a native New Yorker, Holly is especially adept at sculpting healthy living solutions for Manhattan’s power players and creative brain trust, and she believes there is a unique and highly personal road to success for every individual. Holly is certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She also specializes in intuitive eating and provides her clients with the tools to break negative, subconscious patterning and unhealthy behaviors around food.
Holly believes that the small, subtle shifts over time can have a huge impact on daily life. Holly’s goal is always to aim for results that improve her clients’ mindsets and bodies, as well as enhancing the quality of their lives.
