The heat of summer is letting up, but the intensity of workouts is getting stronger. Join Tone House, the studio with the reputation of offering one of the most challenging and motivating workouts in NYC, on a fitness-focused getaway in the Hamptons. This retreat will test your endurance, strength, and mobility through 1-2 daily workouts and expert instruction.
In between workouts, we will have plenty of time to relax and recharge on the beach, by the pool, and on local excursions like biking or horseback riding. Get ready to unleash your inner athlete and have the time of your life!
Tone House is New York City’s first-ever extreme athletic-based group fitness studio aimed to ‘unleash your inner athlete’. The workouts are team-oriented, and the competitive, motivating, and encouraging atmosphere guarantees optimal fitness results.
On this Tone House retreat, the essence of the in-studio experience will be taken outdoors in the beautiful Hamptons environment. Expect intense, yet encouraging, total body workouts that focus on explosive, resistance, and velocity training techniques to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, and agility.
Enjoy relaxing beachfront accommodations in one of the Hampton's most beautiful beaches. We will be staying at the Ocean Vista Resort in the Amagansett / Montauk area that is on the beach and near nature parks for hiking and biking.
Mornings and early evenings will be dedicated to our workouts, but afternoons are free to enjoy amenities like the tennis court and beach, or to go into town to explore or shop. As part of the retreat, we will take a scenic group excursion such as biking or horseback riding in Montauk.
