10 Years of Ketanga Fitness Retreats

When I first started Ketanga Fitness Retreats, I was simply trying to create the fitness-focused, adventurous trip that I wished existed back in 2014. I had no idea it would grow into such a vibrant community of travelers, fitness enthusiasts and adventurers who have helped shape this dream.

From the very first retreat in sunny St. Pete Beach, FL, to the 150 unforgettable adventures we’ve shared since, Ketanga has grown into the go-to platform for empowering, inclusive and FUN fitness and travel experiences. Together, we’ve adventured through 40+ regions in 20 countries worldwide!

​When asked recently how I’d describe what makes Ketanga Fitness Retreats special, I spent a while coming up with just the right words. For me, Ketanga is about the magic that happens when we venture into the unknown – it’s in the friendships sparked over sunrise hikes, the rush of adrenaline during that first heart-pounding zip line, and the shared laughter that reminds us that adventure is not just about the destination, but the company we keep. 💛

To every coach, participant, partner, and friend who has believed in this vision: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your trust, energy and passion are the reasons Ketanga is what it is today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for 10 unforgettable years—here’s to the next decade of exploring, sweating and connecting together!
