Coach Duke has some helpful tips on how to improve your boxing technique... take note so you're ready for his Boxing Bootcamp Fitness Retreat in Mexico this April!

I have never done one of the themed / warrior races, although I've always thought about it! I mean, who doesn't want to get covered in mud on purpose and then drink free beer? So this is the year! Team Ketanga will be represented at the May 9th Spartan Race, and you are invited to join us!
