Ketanga: What do you expect/hope clients get out of your retreat?
Jenna: A sense of feeling refreshed and energized! Truly a bit of everything: challenging but mindful workouts, relaxation, connection/reconnection to oneself and others, enjoying fun outdoor activities that you may not do otherwise and enjoying some local food, drink and music!!
What are you most excited for about going to Costa Rica?
Well besides the beach, palm trees and sunshine which already make me incredibly happy, I can't wait to go zip lining and try surfing!! I've never been surfing and that's what Costa Rica is all about. Hopefully all of our Pilates workouts will help me stay on the board longer ;)
What makes this experience/your retreat so special in your own words.
I think being away from your everyday routine is the perfect opportunity to live and breathe more authentically and get back to YOU. My hope is to make movement so much more than a workout or run by integrating body awareness and breath. Add in the beautiful backdrop of Costa Rica, which makes this experience truly unique and memorable. Pura Vida, baby.
