Discover the perfect blend of fitness, adventure and fun on this unforgettable retreat in Colombia! 

Our unique two-part itinerary will introduce you to all things Colombian in two distinct parts of the country! We're kicking things off in Cartagena, where the mix of modernity and history holds a unique charm. We'll explore the culinary, coastal and cultural sides of the city while getting in our workouts! Then we're heading north along the Caribbean coast to Santa Marta. We'll soak up the sun and spend time in the one and only Tayrona National Natural Park, the ideal hiking spot with the most beautiful beaches around!

Whether you're chasing fitness goals or looking for an incredible travel experience, this retreat promises excitement, connection and plenty of lifelong memories.

This retreat will include a variety of daily classes led by Coach Beth, ranging from bodyweight strength training to "Butts & Guts" to mindful stretching.

​Regardless of your experience, you will learn something new and challenge your body in safe ways while enjoying a supportive and encouraging environment.

Adventure
​

We've got a week of unique local adventures and experiences planned for you! In Cartagena, some of the highlights will be exploring the walled city, enjoying vibrant graffiti art of Getsemani and going salsa dancing (taking a beginner lesson!).

In Santa Marta, we will hike through Tayrona National Natural Park, exploring the beautiful flora and fauna as we journey to pristine beaches. We'll also have the opportunity to add on extra adventure like a (lazy) river tubing tour, surfing or horseback riding (additional costs).

Relaxation

Our ultimate day of relaxation will be spent island hopping on our own boat through the Rosario Islands. We'll visit beaches, pause for swimming, and enjoy a delicious lunch, while soaking up the sun.

With all the excitement and activities planned, there will also be plenty of free time to relax and chill. You can relax poolside or at the beach, sign up for an additional excursion/activity or relax at our beautiful hotels.

  • Secure your spot with a nonrefundable $500 deposit.
  • Full payment due 90 days before the start of the retreat. 
  • Travel insurance highly recommended.
  • Flights to Cartagena (CTG) and from Santa Marta (SMR) not included. Return flight can also be from Barranquilla (BAQ).
  • ​Solo travelers may book a single or a double room to share with another solo traveler pending availability (if no other guest is looking for a roommate, you must pay for a single).

Accommodations

Throughout our stay in Colombia, we will find comfortable accommodations at boutique properties with local charm and modern amenities. In Cartagena, we will find comfortable accommodations for three nights at Hotel Capellan, a boutique hotel in the heart of the popular Getsemani neighborhood. Walking down the cobblestone streets, you'd never expect this majestic property to exist! The hotel is in a great area for shopping and dining, and it is also steps away from the Walled City / Old City full of history and additional restaurants, bars and excitement. 

In Santa Marta, we are staying three nights at the luxurious Cayena Beach Villa right on the beach, complete with an incredible pool and covered fitness area. We will have a professional chef preparing breakfasts and dinners on site to enjoy while viewing the Sierra Nevada mountain range in the background.
