This retreat will include a variety of daily classes led by Coach Beth, ranging from bodyweight strength training to "Butts & Guts" to mindful stretching. Regardless of your experience, you will learn something new and challenge your body in safe ways while enjoying a supportive and encouraging environment. |
Adventure
We've got a week of unique local adventures and experiences planned for you! In Cartagena, some of the highlights will be exploring the walled city, enjoying vibrant graffiti art of Getsemani and going salsa dancing (taking a beginner lesson!). In Santa Marta, we will hike through Tayrona National Natural Park, exploring the beautiful flora and fauna as we journey to pristine beaches. We'll also have the opportunity to add on extra adventure like a (lazy) river tubing tour, surfing or horseback riding (additional costs). |
Relaxation
Our ultimate day of relaxation will be spent island hopping on our own boat through the Rosario Islands. We'll visit beaches, pause for swimming, and enjoy a delicious lunch, while soaking up the sun. With all the excitement and activities planned, there will also be plenty of free time to relax and chill. You can relax poolside or at the beach, sign up for an additional excursion/activity or relax at our beautiful hotels. |
