Hiking - we're going on a beautiful moderately-difficult hike (more than a walk, but not super vigorous) with incredible views!

"I attended the Adventure Retreat in Colorado, and it was awesome! Not only did I get a ton of great workouts, but I also got to experience Colorado's offerings and meet some amazing people. Julia was our coach, and she was beyond amazing. Very qualified coach with experience in yoga, crossfit, weightlifting, and more! We got workouts ranging from mobility, to HIIT, to hiking, and rock climbing! Overall, [Ketanga] is a rockstar in bringing like-minded people together to enjoy what the world has to offer. If you're thinking of giving it a go, DO IT! It's absolutely worth your time and money." - Monica

"I have taken Julia's classes for about 1.5 years now, starting with Versaflex and slowly progressing to her other classes.  She's wonderful, with an amazingly varied background and experience.  Being coached by someone with such great understanding of the human body and exercise knowledge makes for a fantastic, rewarding training.  On top of her marvelous instructor skills Julia is a lovely and fun person, you immediately warm to her and want her to become your new best friend. A combination of Julia sharing her expertise and a retreat organized by the terrific Ketanga ladies in beautiful Colorado should not be missed!" - Silke

"I worked with Julia for over two years and during that time I gained more strength and agility than any other time of training in my life.  Julia is a great coach that keeps her students motivated and enthusiastic about working out.  She understands each individual and adopts her coaching personality to fit individual needs. Julia is always upbeat and an inspiration to gym members to work harder and continue improving." - Danielle
