Tell me about Malta!Malta is a small Mediterranean island nation located between Sicily and North Africa, known for its striking coastline, crystal-clear waters, and layers of history that span more than 7,000 years.
Influenced by Italian, Arab, and British cultures, Malta blends charming fishing villages, medieval cities, and lively seaside towns into one easy-to-explore destination. In just a short drive, you can go from ancient temples to turquoise lagoons, bustling cafés, and quiet countryside. Warm, welcoming, and endlessly interesting, Malta offers the perfect balance of culture, adventure, and relaxation — all in a compact, approachable setting that is ideal for a Ketanga retreat! |

Meet RachaelYour group leader Rachael Bridgens has hosted retreats with Ketanga in Costa Rica, Iceland, Aruba, and Portugal, and she loves traveling as much as staying active. Rachael is a classically-trained, nationally-certified Pilates teacher, educator, and studio owner who blends Pilates, travel, and community into everything she does!
In addition to hosting retreats, Rachael loves to take Pilates classes wherever she goes. Her favorite? A class in Venice taught entirely in Italian—a language she doesn’t speak a word of, but loved every minute of. These global experiences are the foundation of the Pilates retreats she hosts, designed to combine movement, exploration, and meaningful connection in unforgettable destinations. |
