Full of interesting history, thriving culture and beautiful natural wonders, Nicaragua is a truly unique country, and a destination we are thrilled to visit! Fitness: With Tara’s extensive movement background, she’ll be able to get you from a Sun A to a plyo squat jump. She will make sure that all levels feel comfortable in their space with yoga, meditation, and mindful bodyweight movements. On one day, we will be visiting a local gym where Tara will lead a special all-levels workshop on weightlifting. Adventure: There are so many wonderful and exciting things to do on this retreat, and we have planned a balance of activities and free time for you. Together, we'll experience a surf lesson for all levels, adventure through the kitchen in a special local cooking class and hop on a private catamaran for an afternoon of sailing and swimming. Relaxation: There will be free time built into the itinerary to use as you wish! Some ideas are horseback riding, hiking, exploring local villages, or getting a massage (extra fees apply). |

Meet Coach Tara LaFerraraTara is a globally recognized coach specializing in women's strength training, boasting over 12 years of experience and 8+ years in group fitness and personal training on digital platforms. Certified in Olympic weightlifting and as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Tara has honed her expertise in corrective exercise, hypertrophy, menopause, and mobility & durability.
She has hosted transformative fitness retreats in Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia, where she creates an inviting and inclusive atmosphere for women at all stages of their fitness journey. Tara’s unique style blends strength, mobility, yoga, stretching, and HIIT, ensuring participants not only enhance their physical fitness but also gain deeper insights into their bodies and themselves. Tara trains women all over the world through her program, the TL Method, and you can find her on social media as @taralaferrara where she educates, motivates and empowers her followers daily to get up and get moving! |
