One trek offers a smooth and steady 6km route ending at a local winery for a tasting (optional), while the other provides a more challenging 10km adventure as you watch the moon rise— both rewarding and memorable! |

Meet Your CoachBeth Roberts is a fitness trainer and nutrition/lifestyle coach with over 25 years of experience. Beth has taught many styles of fitness and levels of clients over her career as a private coach and group exercise instructor. Her passion for boot camp-style interval training drove her to establish Killington Boot Camp in Killington, Vermont, where she keeps fitness fun with a variety of indoor and outdoor workouts. On wellness retreats, Beth mixes up the styles of fitness she teaches to accommodate the day's other activities as well as guests' different levels and abilities . Classes vary from total body interval style training to restorative stretching and myofascial release.
After hosting her first retreat with Ketanga in Tulum, Mexico, Beth has caught the fitness travel bug and has become one of Ketanga's most popular retreat leaders with trips in Costa Rica, Kauai, Barbados, Croatia, Portugal, Mallorca, and more! Certifications:
