Greek Island Getaway

Experience an unforgettable wellness and fitness retreat in Paros, Greece—one of the most beautiful islands in the Aegean Sea. This all-levels retreat combines daily workouts, breathtaking hikes, and rich cultural experiences in a supportive group setting designed especially for women who love to move, explore, and recharge.

Nestled among whitewashed villages and stunning beaches, Paros offers the perfect backdrop for your Greek island adventure. Our retreat blends invigorating activities—like seaside strength classes and scenic hikes—with the best of Greek culture, including a hands-on cooking class, a relaxing boat day, and a sunset wine tasting.

Fitness Classes:
Led by Coach Beth, this all-levels fitness retreat in Greece includes a mix of bodyweight strength training, mobility work, and mindful stretching. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you'll challenge your body in a safe, energizing environment.

Adventure & Activities:
Two unique hikes are slated for our retreat, exploring different parts of the island. The moderately-difficult treks will take us through villages, mountains, and sea-view countrysides. One measures a smoother 6km and the other a more challenging 10km. Keep in mind all activities are optional in case you prefer to skip.

Culture & Relaxation:
Enjoy Greek hospitality with a hands-on cooking class, a private vineyard wine tasting, and a serene boat tour on the Aegean. During your free time, relax at the pool or beach, explore Paros' charming villages, or join an optional excursion.

Pricing & Registration

  • $2550 - Double occupancy in shared room (price per person)
  • $2750 - 2-Bedroom suite (price per person)
  • $2875 - Single occupancy

​Notes:
  • Secure your spot with a nonrefundable $500 deposit.
  • Your balance will be requested in two installments, February 28 and May 31, 2025, but you can make additional installments any time if you prefer a payment plan.
  • Guests signing up solo for a double room will be paired with another solo traveler first come, first served if available as a courtesy. If a roommate isn't available, you must pay for the single room.
  • Airfare / transportation to Paros not included. You can get to Paros from Athens by ferry (~3 hours) or flight (~40 min).

Meet Your Coach

Beth Roberts is a fitness trainer and nutrition/lifestyle coach with over 25 years of experience. Beth has taught many styles of fitness and levels of clients over her career as a private coach and group exercise instructor. Her passion for boot camp-style interval training drove her to establish Killington Boot Camp in Killington, Vermont, where she keeps fitness fun with a variety of indoor and outdoor workouts. On wellness retreats, Beth mixes up the styles of fitness she teaches to accommodate the day's other activities as well as guests' different levels and abilities . Classes vary from total body interval style training to restorative stretching and myofascial release.

After hosting her first retreat with Ketanga in Tulum, Mexico, Beth has caught the fitness travel bug and has become one of Ketanga's most popular retreat leaders with trips in Costa Rica, Kauai, Barbados, Croatia, Portugal, Mallorca, and more!

The Accommodations

Margarita Studios, established in 1989, is a family-owned boutique hotel on the enchanting island of Paros. With a 3-star/key rating, it boasts 17 rooms equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring guests stay connected throughout their visit. There is a relaxing pool and delicious restaurant on site, and the hotel is a short walk from several charming restaurants and the white sand beach. The village of Naoussa, just a 5-minute drive away, offers many supermarkets, shops, and is well-known for its lively nightlife and dining options.

The hotel's restaurant is a culinary oasis where tradition seamlessly intertwines with innovation. Chef Stella masterfully channels the culinary legacy of her late mother, Mama Margarita, infusing each dish with a generous sprinkling of love and heritage. Guests can expect comfort, convenience, and hospitality in this idyllic haven.

Guest rooms are newly renovated and designed for guests who appreciate the minimal Parian style. Do not expect lavish luxurious rooms. Decorated in muted tones of quiet and earthy colors for a relaxing touch. Standard guest rooms can have one queen or two single beds. Two-bedroom suites are also available.

Sunday, August 31
  • Welcome to Paros!
  • Meet the group for introductions and kick off the retreat with a workout class.
  • Get to know one another at a group dinner.

Monday, September 1
  • Morning workout and fresh breakfast.
  • Depart for a 6km easy-to-moderate scenic hike on the Byzantine Way and around Lefkes village.
  • Wine tasting at a local vineyard.
  • Lunch included in a nearby village.
  • Free night.

Tuesday, September 2
  • Morning workout and fresh breakfast.
  • Private Greek cooking class and delicious home-cooked lunch. 
  • Free afternoon e.g. explore a local village like Naoussa for shopping, dinner and nightlife.

Wednesday, September 3
  • Morning workout and fresh breakfast.
  • Free day! 
  • Relax at the pool, go to the beach, or sign up for an activity like horseback riding, a day trip to another island, or a spa treatment.

Thursday, September 4
  • Morning workout and fresh breakfast.
  • Free time.
  • Depart for a 10km moderately-difficult sunset hike from Lefkes to Dryos, showcasing stunning island views.
  • Group dinner at a local restaurant.

Friday, September 5
  • Morning workout and fresh breakfast.
  • Set sail on a relaxing boat day exploring the Aegean Sea and Antiparos Island. Guests enjoy a relaxed itinerary with stops for swimming, cliff jumping, exploring the Blue Lagoon, and more! Lunch, snacks and drink included.
  • Evening is free to pack and rest up or go to dinner together.

Saturday, September 6
  • Enjoy a final breakfast and say farewells before departing Paros.
