SIPSavor & discover!
The North Fork is home to a thriving wine scene, and we’re here for it! We'll explore beautiful wineries, enjoy private tastings and discover new favorites alongside new friends. And because finding a wine you love is only half the fun, retreat guests will have access to exclusive shopping discounts at select wineries—so you can bring a little bit of the North Fork home with you. |
RESTOREPress pause and reconnect.
Make space for yourself with self-care practices like casual prompted journaling and fun arts & crafts (yes, we're going to make our own wine charm set!). You’ll also have dedicated time to slow down and relax, go for a walk along the harbor or visit another winery. This is your time to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself before heading into summer. |
EXPLOREGet out and enjoy the North Fork!
There's so much to do in the area (other than just sipping vino), and together we'll enjoy as much as we can while balancing time to relax. Some fun local activities include paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, and hiking. There are also lots of boutiques around if you like to (window) shop and incredible restaurants highlighting fresh seafood. |
MOVEFeel good in your body.
It wouldn't be a Ketanga retreat without some thoughtful movement. We'll come together for fun, approachable total-body workouts designed for all fitness levels. The goal is to give you the chance to challenge yourself, have fun, and enjoy being active without any pressure! |

Meet Your Group Leader, StacyYou may know Stacy Schwartz as the founder and CEO of Ketanga Fitness Retreats, but she also teaches fitness on the side!
A personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in strength training and boxing, Stacy loves bringing the joy of movement to others, especially in beautiful surroundings! Classes during this retreat will be total-body strength and conditioning, truly designed for all levels. We may have some special guest instructors for yoga and/or Pilates as well! Also, after years of being behind the camera on retreats, Stacy really needs to get some new headshot photos...! |
