Butts & Guts Virtual Event

The perfect way to start your day... join us for a 30-minute total-body bodyweight workout with an emphasis on core and glutes! Coach Beth Roberts will lead the interval-based class with a series of cardio and strength drills. ALL levels are welcome! And all you need is a towel and water. Class if free but donations are welcome by Venmo (Ketanga-fitness), PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org) or credit card on this page.
