Fitness: Throughout the retreat, Coach Sarah will lead one to two daily workouts with a focus on functional movement, strength and conditioning using primarily your own body weight. Depending on the rest of the day's activities, some workouts will be more restorative or mobility-focused and others will be higher intensity. All levels are welcome and will be accommodated and safely challenged! Adventure: We've put together a variety of exciting activities that make the most of Costa Rica’s beauty and sense of adventure! Whether you’re a total beginner or have some experience, our group surfing lesson has you covered—just bring your sense of fun, and we’ll be riding the waves together in no time. Then, hop aboard a catamaran for a day of pure enjoyment: think snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, freshly-cooked lunch and an open bar to keep the good vibes flowing. As the sun starts to set, you’ll soak in the views from the best seat in the house. Relaxation: Each day offers the perfect balance of expertly-planned activities and free time to relax, reflect or explore. You'll have plenty of opportunity to explore the town, unwind at the beach or by the pool or treat yourself to an extra activity like a massage or horseback riding. |

Coach Sarah focuses on building strength from the ground up by creating a strong foundation of movement quality before adding load. She is a kettlebell and durability specialist exploring different plans and levels of strength to optimize the human body. Sarah is the founder of Kettlebell Strong, a creative kettlebell and bodyweight system taught all over the world. She is also the founder and owner of The LAB, a boutique studio in Delray Beach, FL. Sarah believes everyone has the ability to move well with strength, power, and grace. |
