Fall Fitness on the Hudson with Body Space Fitness

Not your ordinary workout!
In the first of a monthly series with Body Space Fitness, Coach Andy put an outdoor spin on the Training for Warriors class! We jogged from the BSF gym on 14th street to a park overlooking the Hudson River for a sunset workout. Combining sprinting with functional movements and exercises, Training For Warriors was designed to kick our butts in the best of ways! After class, we enjoyed snacks from Bark Thins and Chia Bars, and we re-hydrated with Agua's naturally-flavored water... then some of us may have had a margarita or two!
