This was by far one of my most favorite/memorable trips I've been on to this day. The best part was not having to worry about where to eat, or what fun activities I should do because the best of the best was already planned out for me. All I needed to do was show up. The workouts are not mandatory, but was honestly one of my favorite parts because it gets you up and moving, ready to start your day! - Nicole R.

It took away the stress of planning everything and I left the trip feeling like I experienced so much in a few days. This trip was honestly a perfect balance of fitness, local/cultural experiences, walking tours, bike tours, island hopping, coffee experience, personal free time, learning to salsa, food and overall a lot of fun. Trust me when I say I couldn't have imagined myself a year ago doing yoga twice a day and hiking through the Costa Rican wilderness on vacation. But what I loved about this retreat was that it pushed me out of my comfort zone to try new things, new food, a whole new continent, and the courage to maintain an active lifestyle while traveling! The yoga classes were fun, grounding and a great way to stay present through the trip in mind and body. I also enjoyed the free time we were given to enjoy the pools and the beach, explore the town, and visit the unique bars and restaurants :) It was the perfect collision of new experiences, relaxation, and seeing the world, and I am so thankful! - Gina D.

I've never been on a group trip before, but i sure am glad I found Ketanga Fitness. The itinerary was exactly what i was looking for; a great mix of fitness, adventure, relaxing, culture and of course, a great group of people to share the experience with. The workouts are designed for everyone and you can challenge yourself if you want. - Matt G.

I tried surfing, horseback riding and zip lining and they were all so fun and adventure filled! The retreat was the perfect blend of fitness and fun to feel refreshed for the New Year - bring your girlfriends or come solo, you won't regret your choice! - Alexa J.
