Adventures in Mallorca

What is a better way to kick off your summer fun, body and mindset than on a sunny getaway to stunning Mallorca, Spain?! The largest of the Balearic Islands, Mallorca is a hidden gem becoming popular for its stunning white sand beaches, old towns full of history and delicious ensaïmada pastries! On this retreat, we will explore all of those highlights while also working out, hiking through the mountains, sailing on the Mediterranean Sea, and chilling at our gorgeous boutique art resort. Join Coach Beth Roberts for the ultimate vacation to balance fitness, adventure and relaxation!

Fitness:
Each day, Beth will lead two workouts, a higher-intensity morning class and a more restorative afternoon class. The AM class is meant to invigorate us for the day ahead and will vary between HIIT classes (total-body workouts with timed intervals of bodyweight cardio and strength drills for all levels) and Beth's famous Butts & Guts class (low-impact, strength-based bodyweight workout for all levels with emphasis on glutes and core.). The afternoon classes will be on the more restorative side with total-body myofascial release exercises followed by gentle stretches to relax and restore at the end of an active day.

Adventure:
Mallorca is known for its unique terrain and mix of beach and mountains. We will be exploring both on different excursions throughout our retreat. We will take a private guided hike to explore the island on foot and learn about the flora and fauna, and we will charter a private boat for a day of snorkeling, swimming and beach hopping. Plus, during 


Relaxation:
Just as important as the classes and activities is our down time to relax! At our hotel, we can enjoy the private pool or walk into the local town. Plus, since Mallorca is a small island, it is an easy taxi ride to visit different beaches and towns.

  • The balance must be paid at least 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. If you sign up within 90 days of the retreat, you must pay in full at registration.

Meet Coach Beth Roberts

​Beth Roberts is a fitness trainer and nutrition/lifestyle coach with over 20 years of experience. Beth has taught many styles of fitness and levels of clients over her career as a private coach and group exercise instructor.  

​Her passion for Boot Camp style interval training drove her to establish Killington Boot Camp where she keeps fitness fun with a variety of indoor and outdoor workouts.

Accommodations

On our Mallorcan adventure, we will be staying at Es Revellar Art Resort, a rustic hotel and former barn in the Campos region of the island. Each room has an individual design and unique artistic touch, and most rooms accommodate up to 3 people. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a "Garden Kitchen" restaurant where the chef uses only the freshest ingredients. This beautiful oasis is walking distance to the village of Campos and cycling distance from Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Mallorca.

The room choices are Terrace Rooms and Junior Suites. All rooms are uniquely decorated and full of art and artifacts and have a terrace. Also, the rooms contain king beds that can be separated into two twin beds for sharing. The Junior Suites are a slight upgrade with more space and a seating area on the terrace. These are located all over the property whereas the Terrace Rooms are located more centrally near the pool.

Itinerary

Day 1
  • Welcome to Mallorca! We'll arrive at the Palma De Mallorca airport (PMI) and take taxis to meet at the hotel in the early afternoon. After settling in, we'll kick off with a casual welcome meeting in a beautiful setting and jump into our first workout. We'll have dinner and a short workshop to set intentions for the week and get to know each other.

Day 2
  • After a good night's sleep, the first full day of activities will begin with an early morning high-intensity workout on the hotel grounds followed by a nutritious breakfast. Then we will depart for a hiking excursion to explore the beautiful island on foot. We'll stop by a local cafe for lunch on the way back and then have some free time and a restorative stretch in the late afternoon. In the evening, we'll have dinner and a relaxing night at the hotel.

Day 3
  • This morning, we'll have breakfast and then depart for a nearby beach for our workout and a day of relaxation! We will soak up the sun, play in the water and enjoy one another's company in a stunningly beautiful setting. Back at the hotel, we will come together for our afternoon workout and then before dinner, we will go on a private tour of the art resort to learn about all of the interesting artifacts and visit some hidden galleries within the resort! Group dinner.

Day 4
  • Wake up to a boot camp class followed by breakfast. Then today is a free day! Sign up for a bike tour, go shopping in nearby towns, explore the city of Palma, or simply relax at the resort, today is totally up to you! In the late afternoon, we'll come together for a restorative stretch/core class and enjoy a relaxing dinner together.
 
Day 5
  • This morning, we'll enjoy an early workout and breakfast, and then we will depart for a private boat charter! We will sail, snorkel and swim while enjoying an open bar and local snacks! No workout tonight, just a final evening to relax and dine as a group.

Day 6
  • We'll wake to our final workout and breakfast and then say our goodbyes and depart for the airport.
