If working hard and sweating hard is your fitness preference, these higher intensity retreats may be right for you. While they vary in intensity and workouts - boot camp, hiit, boxing, and more - they all have a focus in strength and conditioning. Unless otherwise noted, these trips are open to all levels, and the Coaches will be there to make any necessary modifications due to level or injury. While you will undoubtedly get a great workout, these trips are not all work and no play. You'll always find local adventures and activities on the schedule, like zip lining, SUP, and rock climbing, plus time to just chill and decompress.
