Welcome to the ultimate weekend of fitness and fun in The Bahamas! Far from your typical vacation, this retreat will balance energizing boxing workouts with exciting local activities and (optional) nightlife so that you go home feeling better than when you left. And at downtown Nassau’s only beachfront resort, you will find total relaxation during plentiful free time to recharge. Join us on this tropical getaway where we’ll box, dance, swim, dine, and chill, enjoying everything the island has to offer!
Fitness: Each day, Coach will lead 1-2 boxing-based workouts with a strong musical foundation to keep you moving and motivated! Classes will have a distinct focus ranging from technique to speed & combinations to conditioning, and more. On the last day we will put it all together with an exciting total-body boxing boot camp on the beach. All levels are encouraged to join (yes, beginners too)! Adventure: Our retreat includes a unique adventure out on the crystal clear water! We will take a private boat ride to see the sites, enjoy world-class snorkeling and simply sit back and relax. Along the way, we'll sip on rum punch and possibly enjoy an impromptu dance party.
Relaxation: Free time to chill is just as important as our workouts and activities on this retreat. Guests will be staying at downtown Nassau's only beachfront resort, so relaxing on the sand - or at the pool - is a must! Also, there are plenty of shops and restaurants in town to explore and lots of exciting excursions to check out if you'd like!

The Accommodations
We will be staying at the iconic British Colonial Hilton, the beachfront resort overlooking the picturesque cruise ship harbor and steps from the dining and nightlife options in town. This historical masterpiece was built on the ruins of Fort Nassau during the 18th century and was also the setting for two James Bond movies! At the hotel, guests will enjoy a private beach, outdoor freshwater pool and delicious restaurants. Guests will have the choice of 1 king/queen bed or 2 double beds.
The resort has been given a "Clean & Pristine" certification declaring it is adhering to the government-approved safety and health measures in order to provide guests with as safe an experience as possible.
Itinerary
Day 1 Welcome to The Bahamas! Guests will arrive in the early afternoon, settle into the beautiful beachfront accommodations and gather for introductions. We'll meet our Coach, enjoy the breeze, and before you know it, we'll be moving and boxing on the beach! In the evening, we'll gather for a group dinner (included) to continue getting to know one another and kick off the weekend!
Day 2 Wake to an optional walk/jog on the each and a morning boxing class focused on technique and form (+ cardio) with a killer playlist sure to get you moving! Then we'll have a well-deserved breakfast and some free time to soak up the sun! In the afternoon, we'll come together for a private boat ride adventure with snorkeling, site-seeing and rum punch! We'll have a second workout and then enjoy a free night so you can choose to stay at the hotel or venture into town for dinner and local nightlife!
Day 3 This morning we'll wake up for boxing and conditioning class with games on the beach, followed by breakfast. Then, the day is free! Relax at the beach or enjoy the pool as the day is yours. It's the perfect time to check out an extra excursion you may be thinking about (horseback riding, dolphin adventures, visit a spa, etc.) or simply relax in the sunshine. In the afternoon, we will have a second class before the sun sets focusing on speed and boxing combinations. Group dinner is included tonight!
Day 4 On our final morning, we'll wake up for our last team workout, a high-intensity boxing boot camp class bringing together everything we've learned. We'll enjoy breakfast together along with our final hours on the beach before packing up and saying our goodbyes!
