Summer Fit Kick-Off

Start the summer on the right foot with a fitness-focused retreat in the Hamptons! Coach Brooke Taylor will lead workouts to target your entire body, while in the most beautiful and relaxing Amagansett / Montauk setting. Join her for a weekend of fitness, fun, and friends!

The fitness:
Brooke is known for her all-encompassing attention to body, nutrition, and mind, as well as her commitment to detail, form, and tailoring movements to clients' needs. With this as the foundation, she will lead 1-2 workouts per day including her Taylored Fitness Fusion Class, 
Pilates with Props/Barre Fusion, TF Toned, and HIIT TRX. Some classes will take place out on the beach while others will be at a local studio filled with fun props and toys!

The retreat:
Guests will stay at the oceanfront Ocean Vista resort right on the beach. In between workouts at a studio in East Hampton, we will enjoy the beach, biking, and stand-up paddle boarding (optional and weather-permitting).

Meet Coach Brooke Taylor

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BFA in Dance and Choreography and a BA in Psychology, Brooke moved to NYC in 2013 to professionally pursue in dance and fitness. She began her fitness career at NYSC, and after 10 years, she started her own company “Taylored Fitness NY Ltd.” 

She is currently working as an Instructor Trainer with Merrithew Health & Fitness® and coordinating with Life Health & Fitness.  

Brooke is also a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer certifying new instructors nationally and internationally. As a course instructor trainer she teaches various workshops on anatomy, postural analysis, kinesiology and corrective exercise training.  Through her knowledge of the human body she has been able to design safe and effective programs for her clients that are based on their individualistic needs and goals. 

She views fitness as a way of life and looks at every “body” as a new challenge.  She believes that health is mental, physical and emotional.  You need to have the mind/body connection in order to see optimal results.  She has been awarded as one of Shape Magazine’s Hottest Female Trainers for 2014 and the Top District Trainer for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 with NYSC.
