Brunch & Burn with Refine Method • January 9, 2016
At this amazing Brunch & Burn event, we survived a high-intensity interval training workout at Refine Method in the West Village, and then recharged with a healthy (and delicious) brunch at Westville!
The workout: A combination of cardio and resistance training, complete with kettle bells, boxes, and a custom pulley system.
The brunch: Westville is a New York staple, and we have a table reserved for an afternoon of eats, drinks, and conversation!
