Indulge in the flavors of local food and drink, sway to the rhythm of salsa dancing, and explore the country from the treetops (through thrilling zip-lining) to the depths of the ocean (on a catamaran sailing adventure). It's not just a vacation; it's an immersive adventure that will leave you energized and inspired! Fitness: Each morning, Coach Haley will lead bodyweight and strength/power-inspired workouts. Then in the evening, a second class will be on the lighter / more relaxing side such as stretching, power walking on the beach or neighborhood, or dancing! Adventure: There's so much to do in beautiful Costa Rica, and on this retreat, we will experience adventure from the tops of trees as we zip line through the mountains. On another day, we'll embark on a sailing trip on a catamaran (with snorkeling, swimming and open bar!). During free time, feel free to sign up for extra adventures like surfing or horseback riding! Relaxation: Each day will balance exciting activities with free time to relax, reflect, or go explore on your own or with the group. We'll learn about nutrition and local cuisine while tasting unique foods, learn how to salsa dance at a local club, and enjoy unlimited down time at the beach and pools. All activities are optional, this is YOUR vacation! |

Haley is a group fitness instructor based in Nashville, TN, and is an avid hiker, foodie, and overall adventurer. Her favorite thing about traveling is cultural immersion, experiencing cuisine and activities that are keystones to the local culture.
Haley started her fitness journey as a professional choreographer after growing up in the theater world and being a competitive dancer for 16 years. She attended City University of New York, earning a degree in Physical and Psychological Wellness, and University of Central Florida for graduate courses in Kinesiology. She also studied Health and Fitness in the Mediterranean at Florence University of the Arts. Haley went on to earn her NCSF Personal Trainer certification and currently trains at Burn Boot Camp West Nashville. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her adventuring with her two dogs or teaching children’s music lessons. |
