Adventures in CroatiaJoin a week of exploration and flow in Croatia! This adventure, led by Coach Francheska Martinez, will blend local adventures, meaningful movement practices and exclusive activities set in nature. The retreat will provide you with opportunities to create healthy and sustainable life practices, cultivate empowerment to take ownership of your body and improve your quality of life through movement.
Our journey will begin in Split where we'll get to know the rich history and local culture while exploring the historic old town and a national park. Then we'll spend our final nights on Hvar Island, perfect for relaxing at a local winery and sailing on a sunset boat tour. Fitness Throughout the retreat, you will have daily workshops and movement sessions that are open to all fitness levels. These sessions will vary between Functional Bodyweight Training and Strength Training to build foundational movement, learn to prevent injury and build proper lifting form & technique. Also offered each day will be Breathwork - a powerful therapeutic practice designed to boost immunity and fuel presence - and/or other Restorative Practices to nurture recovery and relaxation. Adventure There is just so much to do in Croatia, and on our Split and Hvar itinerary, we have put together our very favorite activities! We'll start the retreat in Split with a private walking tour of the historic city, visiting important sites and learning about where we will be spending the week. Once we have our bearings, we'll take a glorious hike to Marjan Hill Park with panoramic views. For some more adventure, we'll go on a day trip to Krka National Park where you can swim alongside the most incredible waterfalls. Relaxation Throughout the retreat, you'll find pockets of free time to relax or do some additional site seeing. Our time in Hvar is specifically designed to be more restful with a boat ride, lavender hike and wine tasting tour. Both resorts have spas and pools as well, to level up the relaxation! |

Francheska is a fitness coach based out of Austin, TX. She is passionate about all things fitness and movement and excited to provide a firsthand experience on how to move dynamically and with intention, like a warrior on this retreat!
Francheska’s movement journey started when she enrolled in dance as a child, and continued as she pursued many active hobbies and sports throughout the years. After struggling with various injuries, she decided to learn how to become more resilient and durable, which is what led her to study Exercise Sports Science and become a professional fitness coach. Train with Francheska to get strong and mobile, while focusing on staying healthy for the long haul!
