Escape the GrindThe Robert Ramsey Revolution is headed to the Poconos! Join Coach Rob for a weekend of HIIT, MMA, and ABV (yes, wine and spirits tastings at the local winery/distillery)! We’ll balance movement, mindfulness, and (optional) meditation to make the most of a weekend getaway for the body and mind, while taking part in fun local activities.
The fitness: Each morning will start with a high-intensity workout combining strength, cardio, and maybe a little kickboxing! Rob will inspire us with thoughtfully-programmed classes that make the most of the beautiful natural surroundings, while making us sweat and our muscles shake! Sunset workouts will focus on mobility, stretching, and core, and they will be purposefully more restorative than the morning sessions. The retreat: Rob will take a moment during the morning session to lead us in creating intentions for the day, to truly make the most of the retreat from the inside out. After the workout, we’ll head straight to a delicious homemade breakfast, and then to afternoon activities like hiking, horseback riding, visiting the local vineyard, and/or a friendly game of basketball! We'll enjoy free time in the afternoon for relaxing by the lake, optional writing or meditation exercises, and hanging out with new friends before workout #2. And in the evenings, we'll enjoy dinner at local restaurants and optional activities like bowling or board games. |

Born and raised in the Bronx, Robert Ramsey has touched many lives across New York City with his life and wellness training. Using motivation, discipline, and empathy, Coach Rob empowers people of every shape, background, and age to be the best they can be.
As a top coach for 15 years, Rob has worked at some of the most reputable gyms in New York City, and he is currently teaching classes at NYC's TS Fitness and ICE in addition to working one-on-one with private clients. An MMA enthusiast and Tae Kwon Do black belt, Rob has has a sweet spot for incorporating martial arts movements into his training and teaching, but his true specialty is programming and leading HIIT classes. Rob's energy is unmatched and his ability to energize and motivate people to perform at their maximum is what keeps them coming back again and again. |
