With exciting activities like zip lining and catamaran sailing, and daily workouts focusing on functional movement, strength and conditioning, we've planned the ultimate vacation!
Fitness: Throughout the retreat, Coach Sarah will lead one to two daily workouts with a focus on functional movement, strength and conditioning using primarily your own body weight. Depending on the rest of the day's activities, some workouts will be more restorative or mobility-focused and others will be higher intensity. All levels are welcome and will be accommodated and safely challenged! Adventure: There's so much to do in beautiful Costa Rica, and on this retreat, we will be exploring the country by land and by water! We'll go on a thrilling zip lining excursion through the tree canopies with breathtaking scenery. on one day, and on another we will relax with a beautiful sunset catamaran cruise, complete with snorkeling and open bar! These activities are included but totally optional! Relaxation: Each day will balance activities with free time to relax, reflect, or go explore on your own or with the group. Our resort is right on the beach and also has a couple of pools (with swim-up bars!) so free time is yours to cherish! Other ideas are to get a massage, sign up for an extra activity like paddle boarding or horseback riding, or exploring the town. |

Sarah focuses on building functional strength from the ground up by creating a strong foundation of movement quality before adding load. She specializes in kettlebell, barbell, and gymnastics strength and conditioning. Sarah believes everyone has the ability to move well with strength, power, and grace.
