Fitness Coach Josh will lead daily workouts designed for all skill levels. Classes will consist of outdoor HIIT, bootcamp, resistance, and functional training. All workouts will be complete with good music, gorgeous beach backdrops and a sense of camaraderie! Adventure: Our weekend getaway will include two exciting adventures (optional, of course)! On Saturday, we'll go on a multi-adventure half-day trip! This tour includes ATV buggies, visiting a quiet pristine beach, swimming in a cenote, and visiting a local farm with chocolate and coffee tasting. On Sunday afternoon, we'll sail away on a private catamaran (with open bar) to enjoy the blue water and each other's company! Relaxation: Just as important (and fun) as our workouts and adventures is relaxation. In addition to enjoying the breeze at our resort's pool and beach, we have a special boating excursion planned for our final day together. We'll sail to a Cayo Arena (nicknamed Paradise Island, enjoy beautiful snorkeling, explore mangroves, and dine on a local lunch. |

Being well versed in resistance and functional training, Kempo karate, plyometrics, boxing, and bodybuilding, Josh strategically pushes clients in a multi-dimensional training style. Josh developed his brand, FITNUT, after beginning six months of volunteer work in Cambodia at children's orphanage houses. The children's strong will and positive energy motivated him to bring some of that into his work. His passion for travel and giving back is what drives his brand and motivates him to be the best trainer he can be for his clients, and he donates 5% of his earnings to charities. Josh has visited over 50 countries which he feels makes him marketable and accessible to a multitude of clients and groups who share the same passion for fitness and travel.
