FITNUT Holiday Caribbean Retreat
This four-day, three-night adventure retreat for gay men will take place on the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We'll find the perfect balance of fitness - daily workouts for all levels - and fun - excursions, beach time and vibrant nightlife. Sign up now for the experience of a lifetime!
Coach Josh will lead daily workouts designed for all skill levels. Classes will consist of outdoor HIIT, bootcamp, resistance, and functional training. All workouts will be complete with good music, gorgeous beach backdrops and a sense of camaraderie!
Our weekend getaway will include two exciting adventures (optional, of course)! On Saturday, we'll go on a multi-adventure half-day trip! This tour includes ATV buggies, visiting a quiet pristine beach, swimming in a cenote, and visiting a local farm with chocolate and coffee tasting. On Sunday afternoon, we'll sail away on a private catamaran (with open bar) to enjoy the blue water and each other's company!
Just as important (and fun) as our workouts and adventures is relaxation. In addition to enjoying the breeze at our resort's pool and beach, we have a special boating excursion planned for our final day together. We'll sail to a Cayo Arena (nicknamed Paradise Island, enjoy beautiful snorkeling, explore mangroves, and dine on a local lunch.
