The 10-year anniversary celebration of Killington Boot Camp will be a balance of fun, wellness, fitness, and relaxing in beautiful Tulum, Mexico!

The fitness:
Start each day with your choice of a variety of classes including a gentle wake up stretch and beach walk, restorative stretching classes, and of course Beth’s signature Boot Camp, Suspension fitness, Butts and Guts, and Deck of Cards workouts. ​

The retreat:
​There will be plenty of free time to enjoy Tulum, the ocean and the resort! The laid back beach vibe may draw you to the beach to work on your tan, explore the local area, kayak, get a spa treatment or just relax with a book! Group meals, excursions to Mayan ruins and a snorkel cenote tour, salsa dancing, and a group dinner in town round out the experience!

The Accommodations

Amansala is an eco-chic ‘relaxed luxury’ retreat center on the pristine beach of Tulum, Mexico. The setting is tranquil, embodying community yet with space to relax on one’s own terrace or on the beautiful sunset lounge. Each cabana within the two buildings (steps from one another) has its own private bathroom and 1-3 beds for flexible sleeping arrangements and budgets.

  • Beachview Double room (2 queen beds)
  • Gardenview Triple room (3 queen beds)
  • Gardenview or Seaview Double room (2 queen beds)
  • Gardenview Plus Private (1 queen bed)

The resort amenities include use of fitness studios, complete with mats, straps, and blocks, beachfront access, and Internet access (available for $25 for the duration of your stay). Additionally, the resort has a new pool, and as part of the package, the group has access to an (optional) salsa dance class and cooking class. Each day, three nutritious, clean, and locally-sourced meals will be prepared for you with plenty of fruits and veggies and with enough protein to keep you powering through class!

Meet Coach Beth Roberts

​Beth Roberts is a fitness trainer and nutrition/lifestyle coach with over 20 years of experience. Beth has taught many styles of fitness and levels of clients over her career as a private coach and group exercise instructor.  Her passion for Boot Camp style interval training drove her to establish Killington Boot Camp where she keeps fitness fun with a variety of indoor and outdoor workouts.

Retreat Itinerary

Saturday, May 5:
  • Arrive at Cancun, Mexico's CUN airport and take provided shuttle to Amansala to get settled.
  • Meet for a happy hour and retreat orientation.
  • Enjoy a healthy, homemade group dinner, and get a good night's sleep.

Sunday, May 6:
  • 7AM Beach walk, Moving meditation, and Stretch 
  • 8am Boot Camp
  • 9am TRX/Butts and Guts
  • Healthy, fresh breakfast
  • Depart for a snorkeling tour in the Grand Cenote to swim around stalagmites and stalactites - bring a waterproof camera!
  • Lunch and free time in the afternoon
  • 4:30PM Restorative Stretch and Meditation
  • Free time and 7PM dinner
  • Game night!

Monday, May 7:
  • 7AM Beach walk, Moving meditation, and Stretch 
  • 8AM Boot Camp
  • 9AM Deck of Cards workout + Boot Camp games
  • Healthy, fresh breakfast and free time
  • 12:30PM lunch and free time in the afternoon for an additional excursion, activity, or spa treatment
  • 4:30PM Restorative Stretch and Meditation
  • 7PM dinner in town

Tuesday, May 8:
  • 7AM Beach walk, Moving meditation and Stretch 
  • 8am Boot Camp
  • 9am TRX/Butts and Guts
  • Healthy, fresh breakfast
  • Depart for a bike tour to explore ancient ruins.
  • Lunch and free time in the afternoon
  • 4:30PM Restorative Stretch and Meditation
  • Free time and 7PM dinner
  • Salsa lesson!

Wednesday, May 9:
  • 7AM Beach walk, Moving meditation, and Stretch
  • 8AM Breakfast
  • Shuttle to Cancun airport and head home refreshed and rejuvenated.
