  • Complete Body - Coach Jay (who is leading our "Functional Fitness Fusion" retreat in May) will lead a cardio boxing / bootcamp class (no gloves needed)
  • Flex - Half of us will strengthen with Pilates and half with barre
  • Body Space Fitness - The metabolic burn class will be a mix of dynamic stretching and circuit drills
