Fitness, Food & Fun in MallorcaWe're heading back to Mallorca, Spain for another exciting retreat filled with workouts, local adventures and unique cultural experiences.
Mallorca, an island between Ibiza and Menorca, is a hidden gem becoming popular for its white sand beaches, old towns full of history and delicious 'Mallorquin' cuisine! On this retreat, we will explore all of those highlights while also working out overlooking the sea, hiking through the mountains, sailing to pristine beaches, and chilling at our gorgeous beachfront resort. Fitness: This all-levels fitness retreat will incorporate a variety of workouts ranging from strength training to boot camp to restorative stretching. Coach Beth Roberts will start each day with a higher-intensity class targeting the whole body and invigorating the group for the day ahead. Then a second afternoon / early evening class will be on the more restorative side with emphasis on core work and stretching with myofascial release. Adventure: Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and sense of adventure! During our week together, you will have a chance to participate in fun adventures as a group, such as hiking through the mountains, sailing to remote beaches and visiting the town of Palma. During free days, you are welcome to sign up for extra activities (additional fee) like horseback riding and biking. Relaxation: In perfect balance with the workouts and activities on this retreat, you will also have plenty of time to relax on the beautiful, relaxing beaches, at our resort's refreshing pool or strolling through the local port town of Alcudia. |

Beth Roberts is a fitness trainer and nutrition/lifestyle coach with over 20 years of experience. Beth has taught many styles of fitness and levels of clients over her career as a private coach and group exercise instructor. Her passion for Boot Camp style interval training drove her to establish Killington Boot Camp in Killington, Vermont, where she keeps fitness fun with a variety of indoor and outdoor workouts.
After hosting her first retreat with Ketanga in Tulum, Mexico, Beth has caught the fitness travel bug and has become one of Ketanga's most popular retreat leaders with trips in Costa Rica, Barbados, Cape Cod, and Hawaii! Certifications:
