Back-to-back fitness and mobility classes led by Julia Falamas and Josh Holland. Josh kicked it off with a smart warm up where we learned functional and primal movement patterns that are fun, low impact, and effect for the mind and body. Then Julia picked up the pace with a high-intensity interval workout combining strength and metabolic conditioning. We ended with a cool down from both coaches and left with some key takeaways to bring into the rest of our day!
