Move, Connect & Refresh RetreatLife can be very busy and challenging, and often we don’t take the opportunity to fill our own cups and feel healthy and whole. This retreat will support your overall wellbeing alongside other women who are ready and open for an entire weekend dedicated to taking care of themselves! We will hike, practice yoga, interval train, meditate, breathe, journal, relax at the spa and pool, eat delicious food, laugh….and yes, enjoy adult beverages! What better place to recharge and refresh than at a mountain-view resort in Arizona? Gather your girl friends and join us for this fun fall getaway!
Fitness: Each day you will have the opportunity to participate in a training session with Coach Lauren and a guided meditation and yoga practice with Coach Rachel. The workouts will be welcoming - and safely challenging - for all levels. Plus, we'll enjoy mindful mom workshops and healthy, delicious meals for a holistic approach to our wellness. Adventure: The retreat will include a beautiful hike along Camelback Mountain led by your retreat hosts. We will also head to Old Town for a girls night out on the town! Relaxation: Though we have a lot of exciting activities planned, we will also take full advantage of our luxurious resort and its beautiful amenities - mamas need to relax and indulge, too! On Saturday afternoon we will take advantage of the gorgeous spa with a complimentary treatment! Plus, during free time, you're welcome to pamper yourself with additional relaxing spa treatments (not included), complimentary bike rentals or simply indulge at the pools. |

Over the last 12 years Lauren van Keulen has trained men and women of all ages to become the expert of their own body. Lauren coaches her clients to put themselves and their health first so they can show up for their lives with confidence, strength, and happiness.
Through her background in Pre-& Postnatal Coaching and her own pregnancy and postpartum journey, she understands the changes and challenges (physically and emotionally) women experience in healing their bodies. Lauren’s passion is working with moms to feel good in their bodies and create balance in their lives while putting themselves on the top of their list every day. |
Rachel Lynch's love of meditation and yoga began in high school. One of her teachers ignited an interest in meditation and the feeling of peace and healing that it brought was something she’d never experienced anywhere else. As she journeyed into adulthood, her passion for teaching brought her to the education system. She has been a math teacher and instructional coach for many years and her love of yoga and meditation has begun to integrate into her work.
Rachel began practicing yoga daily and received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. The program and her teachers guided her in finding her true light. She has been using her teachings to share with others in hope of helping others find healing and peace. She is a certified Theta Healing practitioner, an energy healing modality that allows immediate healing through the Theta brainwave. She is a wife, mother, teacher and dreamer! |
Friday, November 8:
Welcome to a weekend of wellness and relaxation! Guests will arrive in the early afternoon, check in at the Omni Montelucia and get settled. We will meet for introductions and a welcome workout with Lauren followed by a yin practice with Rachel. Then we'll have some free time to shower and freshen up before group dinner at the hotel and an intimate campfire connection hang out before retiring to our rooms for a good night's sleep. Saturday, November 9: This morning we will wake up to a nourishing breakfast and then head out for a hike & HIIT excursion. We'll trek through Camelback Mountain, stopping to enjoy the scenery and a workout! When we get back, there will be some free time for lunch and for scheduling complimentary spa treatments! Pick from our menu of a massage, facial, mani/pedi, or body treatment, and then indulge in the private pool with the rest of the group! In the evening we'll depart for a girls' night out with dinner included at a delicious restaurant. Sunday, November 10: On our final morning together, we'll kick things off with a yoga class led by Rachel followed by an enjoyable and leisurely brunch. We'll transition into a Mindfulness Workshop where you'll define what self-care means to you and gain support in designing your life with YOU being first. Then we'll have some final words to conclude the retreat festivities, and guests will depart feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Itinerary subject to change
