Fitness, Food & Fun in Nashville
You've always wanted to visit Nashville, but never had a reason, right? Join us on our Nashville City Escape! The idea behind our City Escape trips is to explore cities throughout the US with local input and a wellness mindset.
Skip the hop-on-hop-off bus and join us for a bike tour of the city, workouts in front of some of the most notable Nashville locations like the Parthenon and Bicentennial Mall, go hiking in a state park, and of course enjoy all the best eats, drinks and live music.
This special retreat will be hosted by our founder, Stacy Schwartz, who moved to Nashville from NYC!
Throughout the holiday weekend, we will work out at notable Nashville locations. Fitness types will vary between strength & conditioning, HIIT and core. All classes are suitable for any fitness level.
You'll get up close and personal with nature on a mild-moderate hike at Radnor Lake State Park, less than 20 minutes from downtown, and enjoy a kayaking excursion (weather depending)! You'll also have the opportunity to taste Nashville hot chicken-- that counts as 'adventure', don't you think? During free time, the city is yours to explore!
Nashville is known for its food and its music, so we will be sure to explore both on our weekend escape! We'll visit Broadway, home of the Honky Tonk bars, for an (optional) evening of live music and local brews. We'll also have the option to visit a local cidery, distillery, and lots more!
