Ketanga City Escapes: Nashville, TN
You've always wanted to visit Nashville, but never had a reason, right? Join us on our inaugural Ketanga City Escape! The idea behind our City Escape trips is to explore cities throughout the US with local input and a wellness mindset.
Skip the hop-on-hop-off bus and join us for a bike tour of the city, workouts in front of some of the most notable Nashville locations like the Parthenon and Bicentennial Mall, go hiking in a local park, and of course enjoy all the best eats, drinks and live music.
This special retreat will be hosted by our founder, Stacy Schwartz, who recently moved to Nashville from NYC!
Throughout the weekend, we will work out at notable locations like Centennial Park. Fitness types will vary between strength & conditioning, HIIT and yoga. All classes are suitable for any fitness level.
The retreat will include a private biking tour to get to know the city's hot spots and hidden gems. We'll also go on a (mild-moderate) hike and see just how close nature is to downtown! During free time, the city is yours to explore!
Nashville is known for its food and its music, so we will be sure to explore both on our weekend escape! On our first night, we'll visit Broadway, home of the Honky Tonk bars, for an optional evening of live music and local brews. We'll also visit a local cidery, distillery, hot chicken restaurant, and lots more!
