Pilates, Barre & SUP Retreat

Enjoy the beautiful summer sun while getting stronger, leaner, and more invigorated on this fitness retreat in the Hamptons. Coaches Kelly Keesler and Anna Bonnell will take us through two daily workouts, while leaving plenty of time to relax on the beach and make new friends. Plus, special guest Jenna Werner (RDN) will be on site to provide healthy and delicious snacks throughout the retreat to keep you energized!

The fitness:
Kelly's Pilates sessions will vary between flowing, upbeat sessions sure to challenge you with planks, pushups, and high heart-rate sequences, and more restorative, Classical mat classes
 that offer a comparatively more relaxed approach to working out.​

Anna's Barre Boot Camp classes will take your everyday barre workout to the next level! Get ready to burn, sculpt, strenghen, and elongate with this powerful and fast-paced total body workout. Using your own body weight and light weights you will be toning and sweating from head to toe!

The retreat:
In between workouts, afternoons are free to enjoy amenities like the beach and tennis court, or to go into town to explore or shop. As part of the retreat, we will go stand-up paddle boarding, and may even try out a SUPilates class!

Meet Coach Kelly Keesler

Coach Kelly is a classically trained and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. Kelly began her career in fitness in 2012, and has been an athlete practicing movement since her early days as a gymnast and dancer as a young girl. It was only natural that Kelly gravitated towards Pilates as her preferred exercise routine in the years after college, as the focus on precise movement appealed to her senses. 

Kelly is also certified in Prenatal Pilates and the Lagree Fitness™ method, an exercise method performed on the Megaformer, an innovative take on the original reformer that transforms and sculpts the entire body with cardio-infused Pilates-esque exercises.

Kelly’s light-hearted and highly motivational approach to teaching encourages her clients to give their all and get the best workout they can that day. Her classes are tailored to challenge both the beginner and advanced client to reach their full potential, all while having fun and sweating it out!

Meet Coach Anna Bonnell

From ballet to black belts, Anna has always kept movement close to her heart. Plie squatting her way through Hoboken and New York for three years now with her results-driven approach, Anna can't get enough of the Barre and neither can her clients!

Anna is certified through AFAA group fitness, The Booty Barre, The Lagree Method (megaformer), and Schwinn Cycling. 

Fitness should be fun and effective and that's exactly what you will get out of every class with Anna!

Special nutrition guest: Jenna Werner, RDN

Jenna Werner is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for health and wellness. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Management from the Pennsylvania State University and has worked in both the clinical and retail nutrition fields. From her industry experiences she has become proficient in product & label awareness, disease prevention and management and helping others reach their wellness goals. Jenna's personal belief is that nutrition should be just as realistic as it is delicious. Jenna teaches others to strive for balance and to create small changes to achieve their big rewards. To be successful, she believes a healthy diet must also be fun and enjoyable and brings her energy for life and happiness to every aspect of her nutritional perspective. Follow Jenna's food and creations on Instagram @happyslimhealthy with the brand new blog coming soon to www.happyslimhealthy.com.

Jenna will be providing energy bites, snacks, and Saturday lunch for the retreat. Plus, she will be on site to talk about nutrition for fitness lovers and answer questions.
