Pilates, Barre & SUP RetreatEnjoy the beautiful summer sun while getting stronger, leaner, and more invigorated on this fitness retreat in the Hamptons. Coaches Kelly Keesler and Anna Bonnell will take us through two daily workouts, while leaving plenty of time to relax on the beach and make new friends. Plus, special guest Jenna Werner (RDN) will be on site to provide healthy and delicious snacks throughout the retreat to keep you energized!
The fitness: Kelly's Pilates sessions will vary between flowing, upbeat sessions sure to challenge you with planks, pushups, and high heart-rate sequences, and more restorative, Classical mat classes that offer a comparatively more relaxed approach to working out. Anna's Barre Boot Camp classes will take your everyday barre workout to the next level! Get ready to burn, sculpt, strenghen, and elongate with this powerful and fast-paced total body workout. Using your own body weight and light weights you will be toning and sweating from head to toe! The retreat: In between workouts, afternoons are free to enjoy amenities like the beach and tennis court, or to go into town to explore or shop. As part of the retreat, we will go stand-up paddle boarding, and may even try out a SUPilates class! |
