Enjoy the sea, sun, and fantastic Greek food while taking in the benefits of Pilates! Join Coach Evgenia of Koukla Wellness on the beautiful island of Crete for the fitness and wellness retreat of a lifetime. You will nourish your body and soul with fresh air, invigorating exercise, and breathtaking scenery, and you will walk away inspired to take on the world.

The fitness:
Pilates and yoga are great systems which helps the body and the mind. Through twice-daily classes, your core will become stronger, your body more limber, and your mind stress-free. Evgenia will lead a variety of Pilates and yoga-inspired classes varying in intensity and theme to keep each session fresh and different while targeting the whole body.

The retreat:
​Crete is the largest of the Greek islands, and it is known for its crystal clear waters, super fresh foods, and extremely friendly people. You will experience all of this and more through daily activities and optional outings like horseback riding on the beach, sailing to Preveli Palm Beach, learning to cook a healthy Greek meal, and exploring the old town of Rethymno. Plus, you may choose to get a relaxing massage, take a nap on the beach, or enjoying a nature walk through a gorge.

Meet Coach Evgenia Ilienko

Evgenia was born in Ukraine, grew up in Prague, spent close to a decade in NYC, until she followed her heart to Crete. Passionate about movement, she decided to turn her hobby into a job she will actually like, and became certified in classical Pilates at Core Pilates NYC, where she later taught.

Living a healthy lifestyle, and wanting to help others get on the wellness path also, she became a certified Holistic Health Coach. After going to Crete for vacation, she decided to move there, and wants to share the beauty of the island and the benefits of Pilates with you.

Pricing & accommodation options

Tranquility Package

Enjoy the peace and quiet at the Corali Studios & Apartments, the more standard hotel option. While simple, this hotel has it all from a restaurant to a swimming pool to private balconies in each room, and it is just 20 meters from the beach. All rooms come with a kitchenette, TV, and wi-fi as well.

Cost: $1,395 (+$100 single supplement if you prefer your own room); $500 deposit to hold your spot

Serenity Sea View Package

If​ relaxing on a private balcony overlooking the sea is up your alley, this is the package for you. The Horizon Beach Hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Corali, and it is a slightly higher-end accommodation with stunning views. Guests will have breakfast included in their stay at this hotel, whereas guests at Corali will have breakfast (also included) at a local taverna. Otherwise, the package includes the same programs, activities, meals, and classes! (Yes, there is free wi-fi!)

Cost: $1,445 (+$150 single supplement if you prefer your own room); $500 deposit to hold your spot
