Pilates & Pinot Retreat

Plank and pour on this workout & wine getaway to the North Fork, NY.

July 20-22, 2018 | Greenport, NY

Pilates & Pinot Retreat

Every wine tasting experience is unique, and every workout experience should follow suit. On this 'workouts & wine tasting' fit-cation, we'll try a variety of fine wines and fitness moves, then we'll relax and unwind in beautiful and picturesque North Fork, NY ("the Napa of the east coast")!

While much of NYC escapes to the Hamptons on the summer weekends, the North Fork of Long Island offers a beautiful alternative known for its seaside charm and multitude of wineries. This 2nd annual weekend getaway will be the perfect balance of low-impact fitness, private wine tastings, local activities, and relaxation!

The fitness:
Jenna Muller will lead this weekend retreat with a variety of Pilates-focused classes (with a bit of barre mixed in) for all fitness levels. Mornings will be a bit more vigorous while evenings will be more restorative. The best part? Classes will take place in a variety of gorgeous locations ranging from local vineyards (followed by private wine tastings) to the beach!

The retreat:
The daily workouts will be complemented by a mix of private wine tastings, local adventures like kayaking in Orient State Park and enjoying local dining. During free time, feel free to explore more vineyards, take a trip over to Shelter Island or relax at the hotel pool. Jenna is all about making this trip your own!

Meet Coach Jenna Muller

Jenna Muller is a born and bred New Yorker and a dancer at heart. She danced her first steps at the age of 3 and continued to dance throughout college at Hofstra University. Throughout her journey, she has studied various forms of dance including ballet, tap, jazz and modern. The pure joy of movement and performing ignited a life-long passion for dance and fitness.

After working in the corporate world for many years, she missed the daily mind-body connection dance offered. To re-connect, she became certified in Pilates and barre3, a 60 minute workout which fuses yoga, ballet, and Pilates. Today, fitness is an integral part of her daily life and she loves sharing her passion and knowledge with individuals of all ages and levels, with her own “Rock the Mat” workouts. And as new mom who taught throughout her entire pregnancy, she offers an array of pre and post-natal modifications and tips for those in need. Get to know more about Jenna at jennamullermovement.com or at her classes at barre3 West Village or barre3 Livingston.

Testimonials about Coach Jenna

"Jenna literally fills the room with energy. Whether you are walking in with tons of it or in desperate need of it, Jenna has got you. From her pumping beats to her killer yet balanced sequences, she shows you and talks you through busting them down. Her voice is soothing yet strong. With her voice alone, she really helps you want to find your edge while remaining calm. Just when you think it's over, she will definitely add in a few more reps or a few more pulses to cap it off. Her class brings in a herd of people. Whether it is the same crew coming back for more or they are bringing their friends along with them. People love to introduce this workout to someone new when they know it will be with Jenna. That right there says it all. She builds a following just by being herself." - Erin H.

"Jenna is a true inspiration for strength, health and fitness.  Her classes are fun and motivating, showing us how to be the best versions of ourselves!" - Stacy C.

Day 1
  • Welcome to Wine Country! Guests will arrive by 2PM for introductions and a Pilates class at a local vineyard! After the class, we’ll enjoy a private wine tasting, and then we’ll head to the hotel to shower and get ready for a welcome group dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2
  • We’ll wake up to a Pilates class in Mitchell Park overlooking the antique carousel and marina. We'll go back to the hotel for breakfast and to change for our next activity, stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking in Orient State Park!
