Self Love & Boot Camp
This retreat is all about being active but also having fun and focusing on the things that make you happy. You will experience something different every single day, from excursions to workouts to local cuisine and more. And whether you come solo, with a friend, or with a partner, you will leave with new friends, memories, and a greater sense of self love.
On this retreat, you will have the opportunity to take part in two workouts per day. Each morning will start with a HIIT-style strength workouts focusing on a different muscle group each day. In the evenings as the sun starts to go down, a second workout will be a little lighter and may include a jog on the beach or a core session.
Our accommodations will be a 4-star resort in the heart of the small surf town, Tamarindo, right on the beach. After each morning's workout, we will enjoy a delicious and fresh breakfast overlooking the ocean and then go on an excursion or spend time relaxing on the beach or at the pool. As a group we will be taking a surf lesson, suitable for all levels, and we will tour the tree canopies on a zip lining trip!
In down time, it's all about you! Enjoy a spa day, get a massage on the beach, go horseback riding, or just enjoy the sunshine with your new friends or on your own.
Meet Coach Brenda LaMotta
Brenda has been passionate about fitness since she began playing soccer when she was only 5 years old. She has her personal training certification through NASM and has worked with clients from all different ages, shapes and sizes.
After getting pregnant in 2014, she was determined to stay as active as possible. She worked out until the day she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in May 2015. She was back in the gym and to her pre-baby weight in 2 weeks!
Her goals are to inspire and motivate you to be the healthiest version of yourself. To her that not only means staying active, but also making it fun and effective to keep you coming back!
