Are you caring and nurturing for those around you at the expense of your own health? On this very unique retreat, Emotional & Fitness Guru Lisa Ceizyk will help you learn to ‘put your own oxygen mask on first’, so you can achieve the outside your inside always wanted.

The ultimate goal for this trip is far more than weight loss. Lisa has helped hundreds of women realize that real permanent change happens first on the inside, and only then IT will manifest on the outside. You’ll learn to visualize then produce the outside your inside always wanted. After all-you ARE worth it.

Fitness:
All fitness levels are welcome, and classes will be adjusted according to individual needs. Lisa will lead a variety of classes throughout the retreat ranging from HIIT (high intensity interval training) using body weight exercises out in ‘nature’s gym,’ to functional fitness, stretching, and deep breathing.

Lisa combines these workouts with emotional fitness lessons to help overcome fears, remove doubts, build self esteem, and most of all, find your “I am”. Whatever follows “I am” is coming looking for you. You will replace negative tapes in your head with powerful “I am” tapes starting the first day of the retreat.

Wellness:
Each day you will learn to prepare healthy clean meals as a group to fuel your bodies, clear your minds, and retrain your taste buds. Some highlights will include replacing emotional eating with mindful eating, RE-LEARNING how to breathe and most importantly REALIZING you ARE worth it.

Relaxation:
In addition to Lisa helping you break down walls, get stronger in mind, body & spirit, you will also enjoy free time with the other women on excursions like kayaking and nature walks. The beach is across the street so there will be plenty of time to relax and decompress.

Lisa’s goal for you is that by the time you leave the retreat you recognize the woman in the mirror again & more importantly, recognize that she IS worth it. You will then utilize all the tools you’ve learned on the retreat to make self-care a habit in your life again—or maybe for the first time ever.

The Accommodations

On this intimate retreat you will be living in a beautiful private house in Destin, Florida… across the street from the beach. The house has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private heated pool, basketball court, and more! Lisa will truly make the house feel like a home as we cook together as a group, sit on the large wraparound decks, and enjoy deep conversations. New luxurious beds, flat screen TVs and a comfortable chic atmosphere. Your new destiny awaits you in Destin!

Meet Lisa Ceizyk

Lisa Ceizyk launched simpatico mind & body in 2017 as a new platform in ‘mind-body fitness’, combining elements of inspiration, nutritional education, personal training and motivation with her background in psychology and addictions counseling to transform the lives of her clients.

Her inspiration comes from her own struggles and experiences with health. After a difficult pregnancy with her daughter, Lisa’s body fat, high blood pressure and diabetes reached life threatening levels. Lisa’s doctor told her she would just have to ‘accept’ that she would likely die young since it was in family genetics. So she made the life-changing decision to commit to transforming her life. She lost nearly 80lbs pounds, is off all medications, and her life mission is to help others achieve the same results.

Now, through education, motivational one-on-one training, and her development and introduction of the ‘Fit for Life’ curriculum program to public and private K-8 schools throughout the country, Lisa’s diverse program allows her to touch people of all ages and fitness levels. Her simpatico mind & body blog keeps clients motivated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with inspirational videos and words to help them stay on track with their goals, or to get back on track if they make a wrong turn. Fitness is as much a part of Lisa’s life as are her husband and 16-year-old daughter.

  • 6:30 PM  Indulgent, mindful dinner out at a local restaurant--last HOORAH before our new eating plan begins tomorrow
  • Haka on the Beach 

Friday, January 25, Day 1 of the New You
  • 8:00 AM Farewell to the number on the scale, measurements, pictures
  • 9:00 AM  "Waves of Possibility" training on the beach
  • 10:30 AM  Group Breakfast/Quote of the day & Intention-Setting Workshop
  • 1:00 PM Lunch of grilled chicken kabobs including culinary demo using meal plan ingredients + Snack (to bring on hike)
  • 2:30 PM Hike Henderson State Park 
  • 5:00 PM  "Just Breathe" class on the beach
  • 6:30 PM Culinary demonstration: Prep and cook dinner turkey burgers
