Besides working out together each day, we will have many opportunities for exciting adventures, great food, fun night life, and much needed relaxation! You will work out, laugh, eat, drink and form bonds that will last a lifetime! Fitness: We’ll be starting off each day with UrbanPop for 50 minutes followed by a 45 minute BarreFusion class. Throughout the retreat, Leslie will add in some scenic afternoon water / beach classes as well! All levels are welcome! Adventure & Relaxation: There's so much to do in beautiful Costa Rica, and on this retreat, we will be embarking on a handful of activities together while leaving plenty of free time to relax or do your own thing. One excursion will be to visit nearby beach town, Playa Flamingo! Relax on the sand, rent a paddle board or visit a local restaurant. On another day, we'll sail into the ocean on a catamaran. These activities are included but totally optional! Our resort is right on the beach and also has a couple of pools (with swim-up bars!) so free time is yours to cherish! Some ideas are to get a massage, sign up for an extra activity like surfing or horseback riding, or explore the town. |

Meet Your Retreat Leader, Leslie Fhima

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. From opening a fitness studio to figure skating professionally to running 10 marathons, and more, I have enjoyed exploring different areas of the industry both personally and professionally.
For the past 35 years, I have taught classes and/or personal training clients almost daily. When the world changed during the Covid-19 pandemic, I launched a virtual business, Soul612, to be able to bring fitness to everyone from home. My focus is dance and barre, but my true passion is simply teaching: any age, any fitness format, any place! I can’t wait for you to join me on my Soul612 Costa Rica Retreat! |

The Accommodations
Our home for the retreat is the iconic Tamarindo Diria resort, located in the heart of Tamarindo, a coastal town known for surfing, sunsets, and low-key beach vibes. The stunning property has a boutique-y vibe with lush grounds, 4-star accommodations, and a friendly, welcoming staff. There are three pools, including two with swim-up bars, a tennis court, and massage services. Plus, being right on the beach means you'll waste no time between a fresh and delicious breakfast and soaking up the morning sunshine. The best part? - Arrival at the Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) airport + shuttles to the resort.
- Check in and get settled in paradise!
- Happy hour meet & greet overlooking the beach sunset.
Saturday, January 18:
- Morning workout + breakfast.
- Enjoy free time to get to know the town for lunch and relaxation.
- Group workout.
- Dinner together at a local restaurant.
Sunday, January 19:
- Morning workout + breakfast.
- Day trip to a private beach club.
- Free night back in Tamarindo (or stay in Flamingo for dinner!).
Monday, January 20:
- Morning workout class + breakfast.
- The day is yours! Hang out at the pool or treat yourself with surfing, horseback riding or a massage (extra cost).
- Water/beach afternoon class.
- Free night.
Tuesday, January 21:
- Morning workout + breakfast.
- Free time!
- Catamaran excursion with lunch, open bar, swimming, and possible whale and dolphin sightings.
- Free night tonight.
