The TL RetreatThe TL method of training (which stands for our Coach, Tara LaFerrara) encompasses movement, mindfulness and a sense of adventure. On the TL Retreat, you'll join a group of like-minded women in a beautiful destination where we can find inner peace, beauty and love of movement through a community of empowerment.
We're kicking things off in Cartagena, where the mix of modern and historical holds a unique charm. We'll explore the culinary, historic and cultural sides of the city while getting in our workouts! Then we're heading north along the Caribbean coast to Santa Marta. We'll soak up the sun and spend time in the one and only Tayrona National Park, the ideal hiking spot with the most beautiful beaches around! Fitness: With Tara’s background, she’ll be able to get you from a Sun A to a plyo squat jump. She will make sure that all levels feel comfortable in their space with yoga, meditation, and mindful bodyweight movements. Adventure: We've got a week of unique local adventures and VIP experiences planned for you! In Cartagena, some of the highlights will be exploring the walled city, going salsa dancing and spending a day island hopping on our own boat through the Rosario Islands. In Santa Marta, we will hike through Tayrona National Natural Park, go horseback riding and explore the local cuisine! (All activities are optional). Relaxation: With all the excitement and activities planned, there will also be plenty of free time to relax and chill. We will have beach days, free time to explore, try out some additional excursions or restaurants, or simply relax at our beautiful hotels. |

Tara Laferrara is inspired by movement and fun. With her innovative workouts and drive to create working out more fun for others, she brings her personality to her passion of fitness. She started her journey to group and personal fitness training as a track athlete in high school into the collegiate level.
Since then, she has acquired certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine including CPT and CES plus a 200 hour yoga teacher training, kettlebell, mobility, and olympic weightlifting level 1 certifications. Tara trains women all over the world through her program TL Method and you can find her on social media as @taralaferrara where she educates, motivates and empowers her followers daily to get up and get moving! |
