Tone Up in TulumWe're heading to Tulum this February for 5 days of adventure, high intensity workouts, and some well-deserved fun in the sun. With Coach Brittany Ignas leading the charge, you're going to sweat, strength train, and as she likes to say... work, work, work, work, work!
The fitness: Your morning workouts will be higher intensity to get your heart racing, combined with elements of barre, Pilates, and toning to get your body ready for all of the day's adventures. The evening workouts will be power vinyasa mixed with core work so you can earn those margaritas! The retreat: Each day will have workouts and a different local activity to make the most of your time in this amazing place. Brittany will lead us through both high and low intensity workouts, and in between we will snorkel, swim with the turtles, bike around town, and eat delicious, local food. |
Meet Coach Brittany IgnasBrittany Ignas is a fitness professional in New York City, teaching at multiple boutique studios including Circuit of Change, SLT, Barre3 and CYC Fitness. She has a strong background in anatomy after graduating from Indiana University with her B.S. in Kinesiology and concentrations in Contemporary Dance and Fitness.
She is certified in the individual methods she teaches as well as having her 200 hour yoga certification and Stott Pilates Certification. She loves bringing a mindful experience to every workout she provides, and she motivates you to push yourself to achieve your goals. She is excited to lead her first retreat in Tulum where you will find a great balance of sweating, breathing and having fun in the beauty of Mexico. Certs:
