Athletes from across the country joined this sports conditioning retreat with former NFL player, Curtis Williams. He coached the group through two daily workouts using his Training C.A.M.P. method of agility, speed, strength, and endurance exercises, while hitting the beach and local adventures like zip lining, ATVing, and surfing just as hard!
