Outdoor Adventure Retreat

Fitness, fun and fresh air in Killington, VT!

August TK, 2020

Outdoor Adventure Retreat

Join Ketanga in Vermont for a weekend of fitness, fun, and fresh air in the mountains! On this long weekend getaway, we'll escape the city and enjoy nature with hiking, outdoor workouts and relaxing by the lake. Plus, we'll experience local cuisine and visit one of the area's best local breweries for the ultimate refreshment!

Fitness
On this weekend getaway, we will enjoy daily workouts with local instructors

Adventure
The Race to the Peak is certainly an adventure, but we will also enjoy a relaxing hike down the mountain to get a sense of the trail and scenery. And during some free time after the race, we will have the option to visit the Snowshed Adventure Center where we can zip line, rent kayaks, go down the Beast Mountain Coaster, or just enjoy a mountaintop cocktail!

Relaxation
We want to make sure this weekend has a good balance of time to chill, so we are excited to take part in the first outdoor concert of the Killington summer series! We will stake out an area to listen to music and hang out with lawn games and snacks. And if all of this activity revs up your appetite, know that we will be visiting some of the best local restaurants to fuel us throughout the retreat (plus, did you know Vermont has amazing craft beer?!).

The Accommodations

Highline Lodge was Killington’s very first ski lodge built in 1959 by the Hubbard Family. The family owned and operated lodge served local and transient skiers during a pinnacle decade of transformation for what was then a frontier town. Fast forward to the present, the Lodge is home to a variety of guest rooms and amenities for winter and summer guests. From a game room to flower garden to a heated swim spa, there is much to see and do right on the property.
