Workout Wednesday: Acro Yoga with Josie Say

This month's Workout Wednesday event, part of the summer series with Sweaty Betty, was a 'flying' success! Coach Josie Say led a group of ladies in their very first AYFit (Acro Yoga) experience in the heart of Central Park. AYFit is a systematic fitness program designed to offer a full body workout based on acrobatic bodyweight training techniques that demand trust, communication and teamwork!
After class, and getting to know each other pretty well from standing and laying on one another(!), we enjoyed kicking back and enjoying some delicious snacks like Pops from Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit, Chia Bars and Agua. Plus, Sweaty Betty has an exclusive pop-up sale just for us and our Workout Wednesday series.
