Pilates, Barre, & Breakfast in Central Park: 4/30/16
Join Ketanga Coaches Kelly Keesler and Anna Bonnell for back-to-back workouts, a light and healthy breakfast, and shopping for amazing fitness apparel at Sweaty Betty!
We met at Sweaty Betty on 85th and Madison to drop off our bags, and then head to the park for our workouts. Anna kicked it off with a 30-minute Barre Boot Camp to wake our bodies up, and then Kelly slowed it down with a total-body Pilates session for another 30 minutes. After class, we enjoyed breakfast made by RDN Jenna Werner, with delicious iced tea from Arteasan! And, the morning was topped off with shopping at Sweaty Betty with an exclusive discount (thanks!).
