Workout Wednesdays with Sweaty Betty: Mobility, HIIT, & Yoga with Julia Falamas

In month three of our Sweaty Betty "Workout Wednesday" series, Coach Julia Falamas led a 3-part workout at sunset in Central Park. She set the tone for a bad ass workout with 15 min of mobility and movement-prep to warm us up and make us bulletproof. Then we got fired up for 30 minutes of some of the hottest high intensity interval training! We jumped, sprinted, and sweat our way into strength. Then we chilled out with 15 min of restorative yoga to bring us back to balance. After class we cooled down with delicious (and 60 calorie) Pops from Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit and did some shopping at Sweaty Betty!
