Rooftop Yoga & Mobility Class

Yoga on a roof + healthy snacks = yes please!
The key to achieving balance as a yogi is the ability to successfully combine stability (strength) and mobility (motion) - also known as Mostability.
At this event, we learned about Mostability with an expert from Finish Line Physical Therapy, Allison. She led a stretch / warm up that loosened us up for part two: a rooftop yoga practice. Owner and head trainer of Yo Yoga!, Rebecca led an amazing yoga practice that was enhanced by deep breaths of fresh summer air. After class, we continued our zen mood with snacks and hanging out before continuing our Saturdays.
