Prenatal "Push-Ups & Pops Before You Pop" Workout in Central Park with Jenna Muller & FamilyCord

Calling all mamas-to-be! Jenna Muller's 'rock-the-mat' fusion of Pilates and yoga is a low-impact and effective way to work out and feel good in all stages of pregnancy. 

A group of moms-to-be joined Jenna for a safe and effective prenatal workout in Central Park on a breezy summer evening.

We also had a cord blood banking expert on site from FamilyCord to answer any questions moms may have about this option so they're prepared when 'it's time'. For more questions, contact Katie at kcantor@familycord.com.

And saving the tastiest for last, Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit gave out delicious and healthy Pops for a post-workout snack. They're made with just fruit, water, and a touch of cane sugar, and they were the perfect sweet ending to the night!
