Thanks to Coach Jay Lippa for teaching an amazing total body workout class yesterday at JackRabbit on the upper west side! He started us off with foam rolling to work out some knots we are all filled with, and then we jumped into a series of dynamic stretches followed by a challenging warm up! Jay had us run around the room, partner up for strength training, take on sports conditioning drills, and end with abs - a whole lot for an hour, and a great introduction to what his upcoming fitness retreat in Cancun, Mexico will entail!
